Aaj kal ki daur mein zindagi itni masroof ho gayi hai ke hum aksar apne aap ko bhool jaate hain. Aaram karne se aapki productivity barhti hai aur aap zyada behtar tareeqay se apne kaamon ko anjaam de sakte hain. Isse stress kam hota hai, mood improve hota hai aur aap apne life ke har pehlu ko zyada khushi aur behtar andaaz mein jee sakte hain.
Relax Karne ke Tareeqe
Relaxation ka matlab sirf sone ya farigh baithne se nahi hota, balki yeh woh activities hain jo aapko sukoon den. Misal ke taur par, kitaab parhna, music sunna, meditation karna, yoga karna, ya phir nature mein walk lena. In cheezon se aapko na sirf sukoon milta hai balki aap apni zindagi mein aik naya josh mehsoos karte hain.

1. Har roz apne liye thoda waqt nikalain, chahe 10 minute hi kyu na ho.
2. Apne mobile aur social media se door rahiye jab aap relax kar rahe hon.
3. Apne din mein se kuch waqt exercise ke liye nikalain.
4. Achi neend lenay ki koshish karain, kyun ke yeh sab se zyada zaroori hai.
